Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Handmade Nature of Our Products

Soko Africanus pieces are handmade using natural materials, which means no two items are exactly alike.

Small variations in:

color
grain
texture
carving marks
minor asymmetries

are part of the authentic character of handcrafted work and should not be considered defects.

While these pieces may carry subtle differences or natural imperfections, their overall form, structure, and functional integrity are always maintained.

For this reason, returns cannot be accepted solely due to these natural variations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange for another item, please mention this when contacting us. Availability may vary due to the handmade nature of our products.
